The Project
For Pressed Makeup, I rebuilt their website to improve conversion rate optimisation and boost search discoverability, creating a smoother and more intuitive customer journey. I also set up their full email marketing ecosystem — including automated flows, segmentation, and ongoing optimisation — to strengthen retention and drive repeat revenue. Alongside this, I developed a clear, strategic launch plan to position the brand effectively, build awareness, and maximise momentum from day one.
