the PROJECT
Elemental Herbology had strong brand equity and loyal customers — but their digital presence wasn’t fully aligned with their modern, elevated positioning. Their website was underperforming, their customer journey lacked flow, and their marketing activity wasn’t consistently driving the conversions or engagement a brand of their calibre deserved.
They needed:

MY ROLE:
I support Elemental Herbology as an ongoing digital partner, developing their digital marketing strategy and building and refining their new high-performing website on Shopify. The focus was on elevating UX, strengthening the customer journey, and boosting conversions through CRO-driven design and clearer messaging.
Alongside this, I helped align their digital content and promotional structure with customer behaviour, resulting in a smoother, more engaging online experience.
